Auction Vehicles are pre-owned and are sold in As Is condition. However, some vehicles may still be covered under factory warranty. Ask for details. In-State buyers must also pay sales tax and registration fees. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Successful high bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the end of the auction and submit a 10% non-refundable deposit within 3 days. Winning bidder must take delivery of the vehicle within 7 buisness days from end of auction date. There is a $399.50 delivery and documentation fee that will be added to price of vehicle after the close of the auction. Seller reserves the right to end the auction early without any liability to the seller. All bidders must have pre-approved loans/financing or must be able to pay cash for the vehicle. Financing must be secured prior to bidding. Payment must be made by certified check or funds transfer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Remember that your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this car. Please do not bid if youre not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this car. Vehicles with 69999 miles or less come with a 30 day or 3,000 mile power train warranty.
